Snow In Abbotsford? 06
AFS Concert At Velocity 06
This was the second of two shows I lined up for AFS (At First Sight) at Central Heights. This was to be the big "rock show" night...and AFS made sure it was exactly that. This concert night also included dressing up like rock stars, a moshing contest and an air guitar contest. It was a pretty sweet night for those who love loud rock. It probably sucked for those who didn't. Anyways, here are some pics from the show.
I thought that I had a decent frow underneath my bandeeze, but Kevin proved me wrong with his massive locks.
This Justin and Dave. They are holding "the shitar", which was my first acoustic guitar that I wrecked on the way up to Lindeman lake one year. This is the shitar before it got its 15 seconds of fame.
Dave in the sound booth. He is an amazing sound guy! AFS is lucky to have a guy like him to do their sound. He had Nikkel hall sounding better then it has ever sounded.
This was the stage setup...note the two cameras in view. Four cameras in total were used to record this show for the bands reference.
Colin had a few things lined up pre concert...this is him giving a short talk.
Wait a sec...that isn't the back of Tugruls head...he's in the back with the rest of the ba- ooo I see, it's "Twin Tugrul". This youth had hair that was almost exactly like Tugruls...it was amazing!
Is that James LeBre, oh no it's actually Billy.
Someone is ready to rock out!
This was the sweet crowd that rocked all night long with the band.
Red Justin.

Some Lucious action.

Even the band recognized the man with the hair.
