A Very Vancouver Christmas 06

It was that time of year again, the time of year that we young adults decide to give into our childish pleasures. That's right, we traveled to Van City to ride on the Stanley Park Christmas Train. And what was the cherry on top of this good times cake you ask? It was chilling out at Kathryn's!
I don't know why, but I was compelled to take this picture.

What a great way to enter the spirit of Christmas. These are some carolers that were in the main area of the Christmas lighted park.

Hey Dustin, it looks like your face is itchy.

Thanks for the scratch Ash!

This lama doesn't like people getting all up in its grill. We almost found that out the hard way via goober.

Finally after a semi-long line, we were on the train...the event that the evening was centered around.

Maybe Jenny and Kaitlyn didn't see this sign before they caused the train to stop.

I don't know about everyone else, but I was very disappointed that there wasn't a dancing gingerbread man. But whatev's, the cow chick did a good job.

Whatch out! It's coming right for us!

"The Uber Tree"

Well as you can see, we are almost at Kathryns.

There was a plethOra of food and great hospitality at Kathryn's.
Some people played Taboo in Kate's bedroom while others had a better idea :P...

Little can you tell that magic this room was...

In the spirit of Christmas we were watching a movie that has forever carved it's place in the pantheon of holiday movie greats...

Steve knew all too well the magic of this festive film...

That's right...it was non-other than Jim Henson's "The Muppets Christmas Carol"!

All in all it was a great night! I think everyone enjoyed themselves.
