So this is the record of a Cultus lake fire/roasting sesh that a few of us had last Sunday afternoon.
Lets get this fire started!
Brad can't wait for the fire, so he has found a quicker way of roasting the sausage of the farmer persuasion.

Mmmm...farmer sausage.

The art of cooking garlic bread over a fire.

Matt says that this is going to be good!

It looks like he was wrong.

The only thing better then a donut is a burnt one???

Why stop at just roatsing donuts?

Sponsor Retreat Sept. 06

So, it's that time of year again...it was time to go on the CHC Youth Leader Retreat. Every year we go to a place just outside of Hope and spend a weekend there learning about being a youth leader and getting to know each other a bit.
Phil and Becky are busy, so they decided to let uncle Ranger Ford baby sit for a while.
Almost everyone is here...and we are waiting to get inside and figure out our sleeping arrangements.

The following are random dinning hall pics...

OK, so we found this ant hill in a ditch, which I was told was here last year. It was by far the largest and most hectic hill I have ever seen in North America! The following are a few pics that I took...

The are actually biting and attacking my hand...it hurt a bit.
